I am very curious about them... at some point I will try them. I've heard odd things about them - either people love them or seriously don't love them...

This AM the last of the Cauli Mac N Cheese, SB lite frappe

The noodles were so easy and I didn't notice any smell after rinsing them in hot water like Thud said and then nuked them for a minute to have them ready to put into the stir-fry. He said they would be long and they are I guess, until I cut a few randomly to shorten them a little. The type I bought were thin like Angel Hair pasta. I think it added a lot to the stir-fry mix.

First time I've had a noodle in 2 1/2 years

They were in the refrigerator section of the Asian store I go to.

As long as you don't expect shirataki to be something that it is not, wheat noodles, you be surprised, hopefully pleasantly. I like to use them because it adds bulk to my meals. Basically you are eating solid water

Break-Fast this morning at 3AM or so, Polish Sausages fried in their own fat with onions, sauerkraut, mustard and tomato slice. If I were hungry I'd eat it again but I'm not hungry!

Meme, that had to be strange but great - not having noodles in such a long time! Safeway has them. I will probably try them at some point...

Thud that looks so good. I am saving your breakfast to my breakfast and lunch ideas folder...

For me today I just had some spinach and artichoke hummus just ate it with a spoon, and a cuppa decaf w/HC. Oh, had an orange earlier from the tree out back.
