My usual today - a breakfast bar (a layered concoction I make with a homemade sausage layer, layer of scallions, mini-bell peppers in orange, red and yellow and mushrooms, layer of eggs and cheese over all).

1 oz. half and half with my coffee.

Oh, what'ja think, Meme? I like them as long as I keep my expectations reasonable, I guess you could say. The texture is weird, so I almost always cut them up with scissors as if I'm cutting spaghetti for a 2-year-old.

I had a cheese omelet with 2 strawberries dipped in homemade kefir cream cheese.
