Smile not sure when to transition to next phase

Hello all,

I am trouble deciding something. I put my nose back in my book and I was reading about the different phases. It says phase 1 for no less thatn2 weeks and then you can move to the next level but I also read that if you felt you wanted to stay in phase one with the lesser carbs it was okay...

Are there any reccomendations on this? Any one out there that has a opinion on what would work best. Not neccessarily looking for fastest route to thinness. I am looking to be healthy again no matter how long the road is. So far the weight loss has been 9 pounds in week one, just startng week 2. So I have time to decided just doing research...

If, as you say, you're more concerned about overall health than about losing weight quickly, I'd recommend following the plan as written. Best wishes to you!

I would stay on 'intervention' for as long as you're comfortable. The carb allowance is more than enough for your veggies, dairy, etc. It's perfectly healthy. As long as you're not getting too bored.

Enjoy!
