Pastrami Snack Rolls - [Atkins] Phase 1 Friendly
This is the reason I can stick to phase 1...
In general you can substitute any lean meat without sugar. Ham, roast beef, pepperoni, turkey etc.
1/3 slice of meat, pastrami, add on top, a pickle slice, stick of cheese, jalapeno slice, shredded lettuce, mayo and a strip of cooked bacon, fresh ground pepper. Roll up. Pop in your mouth for a taste explosion!
I also like to substitute inside the roll for whatever I have on hand, like: roasted garlic clove! Or roasted red pepper strip + feta cheese.
