I left the exercise plan at work.. I will stop by today and pick it up. Basically they have a treadmill workout... and believe me it's a work out. It takes you up and down and makes the muscle burn.

A treadmill workout would be great for me and I've been feeling like I need to step it up a notch anyways! Looking forward to seeing it!

Hi Muse!

I hope you don't mind if I just jump in.

I bought my Star Trac recumbent bike at BigFitness.com and it's served me well. It's a heavy duty industrial piece of equipment. They have both new and reconditioned equipment of all kinds which helps with the cost. I bought mine reconditioned about 6 years ago and the puppy is going strong.

I know what you mean about concentration. The only way I can do that bike for an hour a day is by blasting the radio and playing WII.

I hope you find the equipment that will work for you.. I had the same problem with weight limits and I swear you could put two of me on this bike with no problem.

God Bless!
Lori
