Good news after a cheat...

Just thought I'd share that after last w/ends cheat - several pieces of cake and spaghetti. and a weight gain of 8 lbs...I got back on induction Monday and have since lost 4 of those lbs in 4 days.

These forums kept me hanging on and for that, I'm very grateful.

Boy, I just hope that I learned my lesson - one bite and I'm a goner!
