Default Just curious

Sounds awsome, Im hopeing to lose 30 in about 30 days to. Im aout the same weight. 245 250. Mayb I ask how you did it. Did you do some extremme carb cutbacks and excercise? Im joging 2k every day and plan to kick that up a notch to 3 or 4, Plus i static weight train. Im hopeing with being in ketosis my exercise will premote faster weight loss, considering my body is in fat burning mode now. I also just wuit smoking, so Lots going on.

Keep on track. Ciao

Just wondering why people are still posting messages to this guy, he doesn't even come on here anymore. And this thread was started 3 years ago... Just wondering if anyone actually noticed this.

Cheers!

I would say that's the norm. The majority of members who reach goal, stick around for a while, then move on elsewhere We're still glad some successful low-carbers choose to post their success stories, and it doesn't matter how long ago it was written

make sure you exercise, cause you don't want to be thin without muscles.

you probably lost losts of water and weighed yourself improperly.
