I made the no noodle lasagna and it was really good. My husband liked it too! I doubled the recipe, but used only l jar of spaghetti sauce, and it came out good. Not runny or anything. Thanks so much for this recipe! We needed something new to try!

Make some low carb pancakes - whatever method you normally use; eggs & soy flour or protein isolate, whatever. Then use these as an alternative to the wheat lasagne - tastes good.
