Unhappy Serial restarter restarted a week ago

Hi everyone.
Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been on the Atkins diet for about 3 weeks now, lost my track twice, and picked it back up a day or two later.

After three weeks my weightloss: 0 lbs. But I feel great, and like my husband says, the effort has to bring fruit eventually.

Welcome aboard Liz!

Have you taken measurements yet? Sometimes, you would lose inches, not pounds. This is due to muscle gain and fat loss.

Thanks for the welcome, Tamarian.
Yes, in the first week I went from a size 20W to an 18 regular... I know that counts for something, but the first time around I lost so much weight so fast, and now I am being much more "by the book" and don't see any result.

Looking at your stats, I get encouragement. You have done so well! Wow! I hope one of these days I get there too.
