Default cookycreations holy grail pizza crust

Have not tried this personally but it looks fabulous. I plan to add some garlic and seasoning but this looks like it might.be good on its own with salad or as of croutons too. Got it from cookyscreations.

This sounds awesome. Who makes the almond flour, I can't find it in our local stores and when I ask the clerks look at me like I am crazy!

Almond flour or almond meal...same thing. Local healthffood stores? That's where I get mine...and yes...its just ground almonds.

Bob's Red Mill makes almond flour - you can often find it with "healthy" grains, either in the flour, cereal or health food sections (different stores put it in different places). Or you can pulverize almonds in your blender or food processor.

No joke...this crust is the bomb! I just made it and it's fabulous! I just wish it made a bigger pie....I can't quite enjoy it as much as I would if it weren't so calorie heavy...but it will be great as a side with salads or as a treat without the cheat.

Ok I have to agree with all of you about Cooky's pizza crust is the most awesome, however, I don't think it's SBD friendly due to high content of saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol, perhaps for Atkins dieters it's ideal. I've made it tonight and it was very good. Will not make it again due to those 3 little cons that go against all I've been guarding my self from. I will stick with the high fibers flat bread as crust, until a miracle pizza crust comes out in the forums.
