Weighed in this morning before I left. I am only down a pound. Seems that's how my body losses. One week I have a good loss the other is low. Regardless it's still a loss and I keep reminding myself that the numbers are going down in the right direction. Weight today was 202. Can't wait to be under 200!!

Maral, 202lbs is great! you are almost in onederland, I am so happy for you!!!

This past week I lost 1.5lbs. I hope I can stay 100% on plan next week so I can do better.

Glad I can help instead of clicking on quote, you can just copy and paste, and then if you don't want to keep copying and past you can just go back every week and edit your post with the updated weight. I normally weigh in on Mondays, but you can change the dates to fit your needs.
If we do it this way, we only have 2 or 3 post (depending on who is join in us) per month.

I weighted in on Friday and was down 4lbs. On Saturday, I didn't eat much, then I weighted in on Sunday and I was up 6lbs (6lbs in two days) making me 2lbs up from my last weigh in. This is what arthritis does to you when inflammation flares up, it is so frustrating, but I will get there.

Week 2 (9/10-9/16) +2lbs

I stayed the same last week. I am glad I didn't gain any lbs. I ate too much sugar and carbs this weekend, I just don't know why I keep doing this to myself. I really hope I can do PH1 this next few weeks so I can control this sugar dragon.

Week 1 (10/1- 10/7) +/- 0
