please,someone can give me a list of the foods with low IG?thans,i bought montignac method in italy but is a bad translation,there are few foods and no exemple!!!
please halp me with the list!thanks

There are plenty of lists on the internet, just search under glycemic index. Here's one:

As a general rule, simple carbohydrates are high in the index, fats and proteins are low. Refined flour is bad, whole grains are better. The closer to nature the food is, the better. By that I mean the less done to it. So, whole fruit is better than dried fuit or fruit juice. Whole grain bread is better than white bread.
