Default TOS and Working Out

This is yet another beginning for me. I suffer from not only being slightly large, ok huge, but also from thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS). The condition got to a point where surgery was the next option. Now here I am at ~300lbs and way out of condition. Shape I have, if you consider round a shape

Coupled with the TOS are a host of other maladies which work against working out. I won't go into detail other than to say it starts with my feet and ends with my neck.

Today I went back to the gym. Had to. The Dr say's I'm cruising for a stroke if I don't get the weight off. Let alone diabetes etc.

My entries from here on out will be more in line with traditional entries on exercises and such with a small quality of life comment.

Kind of sore today, to be expected. Took some naproxen before bed so it's not as bad as it could be. need to do something today but time is getting away from me.
