Hi again- I was wondering if there are any other low carbers from my area. Just looking for some support / chat/ understanding. I have switched to low carb eating about 1 and a half months ago. Anyone from Michigan ?

I'm from north of Traverse City. I've just finished my first 2 weeks and am very happy with Atkins. Are the rest of you on Atkins? I was just reading another thread about the percentage of fat you should eat and I didn't understand that part. My energy is so much better and I don't feel hungry.

Hi all,I am from Ontario,Canada,but I have friend in Grand Rapids(actually a little place called sparta)and she is willing to bring me some splenda products home,like davinci syrups and chocolate bars,baja bobs, can anyone tell me where she can pick them up for me.We dont have much to chose from here in Ontario.I have read that you can get a lot of products a superstore Walmart but she says there isnt one near her. any help appreciated

Hi there! I am not from Michigan but not too very long ago I had the great opportunity to live a year in your great state....I luved every drop of snow.....I am from the hot and steamy South.. Your friend can get it at Wal -Mart on Alpine Ave, I have bought it there several time's my self. Sparta Mi, is right next door to where i live in Cedar Springs.
