Default Skin's Gym Log

Well my DH bought a Gazelle thing so I thought I would start a gym log. Here goes and hello to anyone stopping by.

Did a set of 3 minutes and then 5 minutes on the gazelle. I think I could have done more but didn't want to be sore tomorrow.

Sunday I did a 5 minutes session and then a 10 minute session. So far so good.

On Monday I did only a 10 minutes session. I had lots of other exercise from the grand daughters coming to visit.
