Yes, I love it. I don't really know how to explain it. There are a few things I like about it. I like watching the track passing below my feet & I like that it's kinda bouncy (don't comment), it kinda makes me feel like a kid.

Yesterday, I jogged for the first time since I hurt my foot. Okay, that was just Monday, but we have limited time before our 5K! Did I mention we're running a 5K on May 1st! Well, as I said in my Journal, I got new shoes and did my whole 30 minute workout with no pain!!!

So Sunday we went to the mall to get Jared a watch battery since cell phones arent allowed on the T-ball field, and while we were there,...

Jared bought running shoes!!!!

So we did my walking/jogging exercises together today! We didn't get to go until it was nearly dark & of course it was full dark by the time we were done. It was such a busy day with t-ball that we didnt eat until 7 and then we went jogging immediately. Oooohhhh, I got a stitch in my side with all that food & water jiggling around in there. But I made it through anyway & that concludes my first week of training!

I've been away, but I've been jogging. I started week 3 last night. I'll admit it, I was truly afraid that there was no way I could make it through 3 minutes of straight jogging. But you know what? I did it twice! I am so proud of myself. I finished my jogging session without giving up once. It was tough, but I actually thought the 90 sec. jogs were worse than the 3 min. ones. I think I really prepared myself mentally for that long stretch of jogging, I kept thinking that if all those fat people on the Biggest Loser could do it so could I. And I kept thinking about Jillian telling me that if I was going to vomit, I needed to hurry up & do it and get back on the treadmill. :P But when it came down to it, right when I felt like I was gonna have to stop, I got that little adrenaline rush that pulled me through to the end.
Now I'm really thinking about trying out the fat people yoga tonight...

I jogged for 16 of 32 minutes tonight! I feel like a superstar. I truly did not believe I could do it. I figured I would get started & end up doing week 3 stuff again. But I did it. 2 3min & 2 5min jogging sessions. I kick butt! Now, I wonder how many calories that burned?
