Default Sports Drinks Info Plz

im thinkin about getin sum sports drink, one of them u add to water, i see alot for buildin muslce and protein but im lookin at one thats ment to help with metabolism and fat burn, does any one no any info on these kinds of drinks and how effective are they?

The best thing you can do is to read the labels on the sports drinks you are considering purchasing. Many drinks contain sugar, sugar alcohols or tons of carbs..... do your homework! It is not advisable to use these drinks as a regular supplement for a meal.

As for drinks that claim to help with fat burn and increased metabolism - IMHO it's all Bullsh*t! The only way to increase fat burn and metabolism is by eating properly and exercising.

yeh i was thinkin of getin one for after the gym to replace lost fluids
