The best thing you can do is to read the labels on the sports drinks you are considering purchasing. Many drinks contain sugar, sugar alcohols or tons of carbs..... do your homework! It is not advisable to use these drinks as a regular supplement for a meal.
As for drinks that claim to help with fat burn and increased metabolism - IMHO it's all Bullsh*t! The only way to increase fat burn and metabolism is by eating properly and exercising.
