Default Please check my supplements

I can't take an ephedra stack so I am using EAS Phen Free right now.
AM before cardio Phen Free
Breakfast: Multi Vitamin, CLA
Lunch: Flaxseed capsule, CLA, B Complex
Dinner: Flaxseed, CLA, Vitamin C
Before Bed: Calcium, Melatonin(helps me sleep) Garlic
And progestrone cream for female hormone regulator

I have TONS of other supplements including evening primrose oil, Fiber tablets, Co-enzyme Q 10, billberry extract, just all kinds of stuff...I just don't know what I should or shouldn't be taking. I don't know if some of it is the same thing or would counteract each other. I read somewhere I should take fiber but then I don't know if I should take it while LC or while in Carb up or both.
My main goal is to lose fat!! and a lot of it FAST!!!

Looks pretty well organized.
I guess it depends on what type of multi you are taking. There's a wide range of quality out there.
I'd dump the flax caps and switch to the oil, then kick up the quantity - it might help you lose more, depending on your other calories. 15 caps = 1 tablespoon. Too pricey and inefficient.
A tablespoon of oil or two in a protein shake is a good thing.
BTW, it has a short shelf life, keep it cold and use it fast. It should taste very mild. If it doesn't it's rancid. Toss it. Check the date when buying.
Definitely take fiber - psyillium seed husks are good, completely neutral and no carbs. Don't take fiber with the CLA as it can block the absorption. Purchased in bulk it's cheap. Again, a teaspoon or two in a protein drink will do the trick for most people.

Smile Thanks Doug

I am taking a women's formula multivitamin. Thanks for the info on the cla and fiber. I will also go to flax oil....I am going to finish up the capsules first but I will add in some more.
Thank you again for looking and giving advice.
