Default Who goes for the ketogenic ratio, who keeps fat lower?

Anyone really try for the ketogenic ratio (1.5:1)? Personally, my fat grams are quite a bit lower than my protein, after reading Lyle's BO diaries, I'm thinking about raising my fat (calories too) up a bit, they are very low ATM. at 215 lbs I'm not quite eating 10cal/lb, maybe up to 60-35-5.

Fats need to be the main part of your diet man.

PS: I'd shoot for 60-35-5 sounds good, 65-30-5 would really speed up weight loss but you really need to toy with the ratios for yourself and see what keeps you feeling best while loosing.

My ratios are 65F 35p <5C
10-15% below adjusted BMR puts me at 2300 cals a day.
Here is a BMR calculator.
