welcome to this forum, you will find so much info and support here, I am sure you will feel right at home!
Do you have the Atkins book? I am not sure if you are on induction right now, or on Maintainence.. I would be careful of too many processed meats, and meat with nitrates in them... this can cause a stall, especially if you are on induction.
Also, there are many success stories in here, and people who have used various LC plans to lose. I think the key thing, for almost everyone, is not to view this as a diet, but an eating change for life. This is the problem with diets, people lose the weight.. then go back to the same old eating patterns and then gain what they lost and more back.
I would check the journals of some people who have lost a significant amount and use them to help inspire you on the days you are feeling down, or discouraged, or like eating bad foods.
Also, what kind of exercise are you doing?
I highly recommend a journal, that way we can visit you and give any feedback you may be looking for.
