Lightbulb Evening Primrose Oil helping with pre-TOM symptoms.

My experience has been that at the start of Low Carbing my monthly symptoms were much worst for the first three months. Some speculation might be that fat carries hormones and when we are burning those fat stores these stored hormones are released. Well with the normal hormones we already have and these additional ones, I can understand why it can be worst.

It has gotten much, much better now. I just started taking Evening Prisrose Oil this month with a healthy dose of sceptisim. It helped with my aching back and tender chest enough that I thought it would help to share the information.

regards

I have been taking EPO for years for PMS symptoms, and I find it is great. Take a good Calcium Magnesium supplement with it for even better results.

I was originally prescribed EPO by my doctor for PMS, sore breats etc., and have had great success with it.

However, make sure you are taking the correct dosage. You don't go by the amount of EPO, but by the amount of GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid) that it contains - for PMS you should be taking at least 300mg of GLA a day - you should find the GLA level of the EPO on the container/bottle.

Default evening primrose oil

One thing to note about evening primrose oil -- do NOT take it if you are
pregnant, think you might be pregnant or are planning on becoming pregnant
in the near future.

When I was pregnant with my 2nd son, I went to a midwife for my prenatal
care and we were talking about how I wanted to go VBAC and various means
of inducing labor.

Guess what was at the top of the list? Evening primrose oil. I understand
that oil of oregano can stimulate bleeding too so these two should not be
taken while pregnant, etc...
