Default Trying to figure it out

I haven't lost in almost 3 weeks. 2 weeks ago I coughed it up to hormones and the 3-week stall I've heard about.

I've been reading online and in the book about calories. I ate bacon almost every day last week. Could that be a reason I haven't lost?

Are you eating atkins treats? When I first started LC I would eat an atkins treat anytime I wanted something sweet to eat. This completely stalled my weight loss. Not until I cut all this stuff out of my diet did I start to lose.

I never had an issue with bacon. I ate bacon and eggs every morning and continued to lose weight. I had to cut bacon out of my diet for health reasons otherwise I would still be eating it.

Also, if you are not already, write down everything you eat. This helps me not to overeat.

Thanks for the reply - I am logging my food daily and haven't had any Atkins products for about 3 weeks.

can you show us your food log, that might be helpful to point out anything obvious, however, there's probably not. Sometimes it just takes time. You are practicing for the future you. Keep going for now!
