Hi: Just wondering if this is happening to everyone. I've been getting these messages very frequently the past couple of weeks but have never had them before. It happens sometimes upon logging in and then pretty much every time I go to read each thread. Wondering if it's a technical problem or could it be that low carb has become so popular that the website is being inundated with new people? Which I guess would be a good thing.

I usually get them a few times a day... but today I have been getting them non-stop, and like you - several times for each and every single thread that I try to click on, for the last few hours.

I was getting them all the time too, but I paid for a subscription and now they're gone.

Aha, sounds like my email provider. If I upgrade it will probably speed up. Nancy, how much is a subscription?

This usually happens in the early morning hours (EST) during daily backup. If you encounter this more than once, in normal hours, please let me know the exact time (including time zone) and we'll see what might be causing this.

I'm having this problem quite a lot right now. 3:55 - 3:57 pm PST.

Hahaha...the problem completely cleared up and I thought I should look in here and say so. But I got a "server is too busy" message. Ironic. Anyway, it happened today at 2:37 PM EST.

Looks like this board is getting to popular...we need more server space!

I just got the message three times once to read a post and then twice when I wanted to write on here to tell you lol!

It is 2:57 p.m. right now. I did get them earlier this morning -- early this morning. I also got them mid morning, and I have been getting them for the past 2 hours. Here and there. I never noticed these, either, until a few weeks ago. I figured maybe you guys switched to a different server with less capacity (to save money?), or maybe you were incorporating some design changes to the site and that process took up some space and slowed things down during the execution. I hope this is not permanent. AT least, I have been really hoping that. I have spent many many moments waiting for the problem to go away so I can post. Thank you for commenting on it to us, though!

I'm in southern Alabama in the Central Time Zone. Today has been particularly bad for problems, almost everytime I tried to switch between threads, and has been happening all day.

Please keep reporting these occurrences. There are a few things I will try and see if it eliminates those in the day time.
