is there a way to attach a document in a post?

Is there a way to attach a document in a post? I would like to attach a PDF to a post but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it.

DUH...

Found it... it was below my monitor... Uhhhghhh... you would have thought I would remember that.

Anyway to add that as an Icon to the toolbar????

OK... the limit on PDFs is 300k... any chance this can be upped??? I was hoping to attach an ebook for someone and the smallest I could get it was 800k
