Default Fat Fast Vs Eggs And Meat

I been on induction now for 3 wks and have lost only a few pounds(no cheats)I've been eating:
eggs
salad
meat
cheese
veg's
I heard people here referring to egg/meat fast; now which is better that or the Aktins fat fast to give me a good kick start?

I take it that egg/meat is strictly just that - no veggies????? What portions

I know I will lose slower as I'm on anti-depressants(very low dosage) but understand it will still affect my weight lose in that it will take a longer period of time - all I hope for is that it will come off if I'm faithfull to this WOE.

Your help is would be much appreicated.

I know that dairy stalls some people, so try cutting out the cheese but keep everything else and see how it goes. How's your water intake been? Exercise? And what kind of meat, as there are fillers in processed ones?

Don't get discouraged, you're doing great!
