You've gotta love that Subway guy who lost all that weight. Today I saw a television commercial for new "Atkins" sandwiches at Subway. Well, they looked good on the TV screen to a hungry guy.

Anyone tried them ? Any thoughts ?

Well, it's New Year's day and all that, and, after being gone for a year and right back where I started, I've returned. Being a procrastinator, I usually put off New Year's resolutions 'til, oh, 'bout June or so, but my scale tells me I ought to maybe start to begin to commence to thinking about losing some weight.

(I have no idea what my "signature" says. It's been that long.)

Hello I tried one of the new Subway wraps a couple of days ago. I tried the lower carb (one is 11 and one is 8 gm carb). I really liked it! The menu specifically states that these are not appropriate for the Atkins Induction stage though. Some people have posted that they're too small. It was a little bit skimpy but I really liked the taste. I asked them to skimp on some of the filling (chicken, bacon, bellpepper, etc. and a tiny bit of sauce [don't know what's in that]). I'm doing Induction and it didn't throw me out of Ketosis. Yippee!

I absoltutely love the wraps! The carb count includes the sauces that are recommended on it. Subway is also rolling out some new low carb salads in March with different lettuces and new low carb sauces!
