I have found that whatever I eat after around 8 pm is adding calories I did not need. Because when I do eat something at midnight or even wake up too early and eat something because I'm hungry, I don't lose weight. If I don't eat late at night, I will stay the same or lose weight overnight. I just feel that I lose weight during sleep if I eat carefully and not too much. But if I had too much, it is going to be laid down as new fat. I solve that by eating less the next day. Then the new fat doesn't stay there permanently.
