Talking Constipation

I was wondering what are some of the things you do to make sure that you don't get constipated?

Please help these are some of the things that I am scared of.

Keinab, eat lots of fat and drink lots of water and don't neglect your vegetables. There's a great article on "Intestinal Health" under "Low Carb Tips" you should probably take a look at.

The fat and the vegetables will help keep things moving along. Often being conspitated can be remedied by rehydrating - so keep that water intake up!

I love my sugar free metamucil shake!

Put in blender

1 cup water
1 heaping Tbsp. sugar free metamucil
between 2-4 Tbsp. 1/2 and 1/2 (depending on your taste)
1 equal
ice
blend and enjoy. Tastes like a melted creamsicle

Well, first of all make sure you eat the 3 cups of salad a day or 2 cups of salad and 2/3 cups of the cooked "safe" veggies.

Others take flax oil or other fiber supplements.

I personally make sure I have at least 1 or 2 servings of veggies a day and I have yet to have that problem...and it's been since April of last year
