Default The Hay diet

Food Combining or The Hay Diet . Its Like this : dont mix protiens and carbs. wait 3 hours between a carb and protien meals and eat at least one protien meal aday. No processed foods White sugar or flour. Whole wheat only. veggies with every meal.I lost 50 lbs on Atkins and gained back 15 lbs . I have maintained my weight for five years.at 215. I went on this diet 8 weeks ago .I started at 215 and now I am 187lbs OMG! It was so easy.
