Default no idea where to put this

so I'm just starting a new thread to report what happened after all of you so kindly provided your various suggestions on what I should be doing to break a very long stall.
I basically went back and looked at what I had been eating when I started..........even though I've kept my carbs pretty much at Induction on Atkins all along.
I used to start every day with a 4-egg omelet with 4 oz. of sharp cheddar.........have a big (8 Oz.) plain hamburger for lunch with a salad....and a steak and salad for dinner.
I decided just to have two huge omelets morning and night with the hamburger and salad at lunch.
So, now I have lost 4 1/2 lbs. and "appear" to be losing weight again.
The omelets will get tiresome at some point and I will need to change things I am sure..............but this regime is making the weight start to disappear again and that is all I was after. Besides, I can/do vary the omelet a bit like this morning adding 4 oz. of cooked fresh asparagus and two days ago some crumbled bacon.
I sure do look forward to that grilled hamburger, though, now that I am firing up the old Webber gas grill again.
Just wanted to report back.
Thanks for all the advice.

I'd look into adding more variety, but other than that the food is whole and healthy! Congrats on getting the meto-fires burning again.
