Hello there, My name is bluegirl and I am so glad I found you all. I have been lowcarbing it for about 6 months. I started at 167 and now I am at 145. I hope to get to 130. I was in another group but they were so nasty to each other I stopped posting. I was afraid to say anything. I am sure this will be different. I hope I did this right. hi Blue Girl, and Welcome. Thanks for posting on my site. well Sunday we went to Alabama to see my Husbands sister and 2 uncle i thought . But to my suprise we only went to see 1 My mother- in -law didn't see eye to eye with her sister so when we left his sisters we came on back home.My husbands Anniversery is the 6th whick is Thursday and he has something planned and it is a supprise and he doesn't know it but i have a supprisse for him
Sunday which is his Birthday. I have already arranged with his Suppervisor at work for the to have his a Birthday Party . I am suppose to provide the cake and that is all. I asked the supervisor if there was anything else and he said that was all that they could do the rest.

I just droped in to tell you that i have been having trouble with my back and hip. I have degenerative disc disease and buldging disc and bad arthuritis in my back anad hips. When i get to feeling better i am going to start my walking program again when i was walking every day with it i was losing 3 or more pounds a week when i was doing that so i will start back and i have got to start doing it as soon as my back and hips quiet down.
