I just started Atkins this past Sunday and I've already lost 3 lbs. I wanted to know if anyone has an idea as to where I can get the urine sticks, the one's that check your ketone levels?

Almost any drug store would have them. Just ask the pharm for Ketostix. They should keep them in supply for diabetics. They are around 8 bucks for 50 of them.

Welcome to our forum. Nice going with the 3 lbs lost so far, that's great! If there's a chance that you're unable to find the ketone strips, don't worry too much ... lots of folks do Atkins just fine without them ... and use lbs lost on the scale, and inches lost by the tape as the guide ... you DID take your "before" measurements, didn't you??

welcome coffebean! you're doing really well already! even when i'm losing weight i don't show much colour change at all! i don't put to much stock in the ketostix
