Hello, Mademoiselle Magazine is writing about women and The Zone diet. We are looking to profile three or four women, under 35, who have been on the diet for some time, but now find themselves unable to go off it, or even modify it. In short, we are looking for women who have become obsessive with The Zone and its rather strict way of life.

We want to ask the women about how sticking to the Zone has affected their life and health (good or bad). Has it complicated their social or work life? What about dating, eating out, family gatherings, dining with non-Zone friends? Has the diet ever come between friends, lovers or family members? Do they worry that if they quit the diet they will gain weight? Do they ever feel peer pressure to stay on, and perhaps do out of fear of losing friendships?
