Default Ketones in Urine

I have lost 20 lbs in 3 months. The Ketones in my urine were 8 when I had it tested. Is that too high? Freaking me out

What do you mean by "8"? Can you give us the actual info like

mg/dL or similar?

80 dg/ml My understanding is that the measurements should be in milimoles and that would mean dividing this by 18. The Keto Stix say the optimal weight loss number is about 5or 6.
