This formatting code </a> is being tacked on at the end of nearly every post after I click Submit Message after being restored to ALC while being locked out. Thankfully, Doreen and Rosebud were able to get me back online, when I was about to quit forever.

Being a compulsive sort, I've been removing the myself by editing each post, but and it's finally getting to me. lol

I'm not a webmaster, so not 100% sure what's going on. My hunch is it might be a browser problem. If you're using the advanced editor (WYSIWYG) for your posts, try switching to the standard editor to see if the problem goes away .

Go to the Edit Options page of your user control panel, and scroll down to Miscellaneous Options. In the Message Editor Interface section, select "Standard Editor: Extra formatting controls" from the drop-down menu. Don't forget to click the Save button at the bottom.

I do try though, and this was a somewhat-educated guess . I'm glad it worked .. something like that would drive me batty .
