was logged off and now her password will not work. She asked for a new passord but did not hear back. I tried emailing the contact email for her, but no response.

Can we get her back on, please?

Did she check her spam folder?

Her account appears to be live; at least I can't see any immediate problem . I've just issued a second password reset email to the address we have on file. Please note that the new automated password found in the email will expire in 24 hours for security reasons. After that time has lapsed, a new password will have to be requested.

Arlene, let me know if she's still not getting the email (after checking junk folder, as Nancy noted). It may be that the address we have on file is incorrect.
