Default Burger with egg in the middle

again i like putting eggs in the middle of things i guess. this is the one that i made for the hubby so it is on bread but it is a good pic of how it looks when done. you just make a patty out of hamburger, hollow out the middle with a glass or something circle. then start cooking the burger. when it is almost done crack the egg in the middle and finish it. i had to try a couple time to get it to work right but once i did the hubby said this is his new favorite burger.

I'm going to try that. Kind of like a scotch egg, but with burger instead of sausage.

I love these and I am not a huge egg fan. but watch out I made the mistake of introducing these into the menu now my husband wants them all the time!! Good thing they are easy to cook
