Alisa....first of all, way to go on your awesome weight loss....gives me inspiration!

Secondly, thanks for giving me the kick I needed to recheck my calculations...it seems that the My P.L.A.N. thing was acting up, well actually I guess I was doing something not quite right...but when I went back and adjusted things it all worked out, same numbers as you! Whew! Was getting a little discouraged there for a moment but I'm back on top of everything now.

Thanks again.

If you get a chance try it with the turkey - I think I like it better than the tuna!

Susan

Thanks very much, Susan!

I'm still in the process of playing around with MyPlan. I usually use FitDay. FitDay is easier for me, but MyPlan is more detailed.

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but turkey does sound like it would be good.

Default Delicious!

My daughter found this website and cooked our family a surprise dinner using your recipe. I have to say it was absolutely delicious. Didn't miss noodles at all. We're all on the induction phase and are trying to focus on variety. So glad she found this! It's staying in rotation even when we're on other phases.
