Default I feel like a turtle

I am starting induction tomorrow. I LC about 5 years, dropped 60 + pounds and kept most of it off until this past year. I have about 15-20 pounds to lose.

I feel like a turtle. I am very sluggish, and tired all the time. I am hoping it is because I have been eating those terrible carbs and once I start induction I will start to feel better. I haven't been in the mood to exercise and then because of my sluggish mood, I want to eat more.

Hopefully, I will be able to bring myself out of terrible cycle. I am not looking for a big weight loss, but I am hoping I will feel better and that I want to workout and get back into shape. I use to LOVE to workout, now I just can't get motivated.

I had the same problem only it went away when I upped my carbs. I know it seems scary because of weight gain, but my 5 mile runs just got so much easier...........
