Wait a minute! Isn't "nutrient dense" the same as low carb?
"Nutrient dense" is the new buzzword for sensible food choices. Isn't that what low carb is all about?
In a related thread, a poster mentioned that the fruits with the highest nutrient value, such as berries, are also low carb choices. I think this follows through in all categories. Meat versus grains, potatoes versus broccoli, raspberries versus apples.
So we're only doing what we are supposed to!
