OK, I did it, ate a small piece of angel food cake with fresh strawberries (it was really good). Scale stayed the same this morning even though the carb count in angel food cake is atrocious, I was very shocked when I looked it up. Oh well, what's done is done, today's another day, not going to worry about it, back on the program today.

You learned a good lesson - Angel Food Cake is high in carbohydrates and should be really named "Devil Food Cake".
