Is there a difference? I grew up in a family that always called Miracle whip and whipped dressings "Mayonaisse" and I have been eating Miracle Whip as my dressing in tuna salad and such. Should I be eating real mayo? or can I stick to Miracle Whip.

According to Fitday, Miracle Whip Light Salad Dressing has 2.3 carb grams per tablespoon and regular mayonnaise has 0.3 grams per tablespoon. I believe Miracle Whip contains sugar. So I think you'd be better off with the mayo.
Thanks Marie,
Sometimes it's just easier to ask someone than to look it up! But seriously I haven't been losing and I'm trying to find all the possible reasons why I'm not losing. I suppose I'll be buying Mayo now!
