The mission: Consistency/ketogenic eating
The rules: Eat less than 25 net carbs per day and less than 15 net carbs at any one meal.
Other parameters: I will give myself up to 10 passes/exceptions throughout the 90 day period, but they cannot be used on consecutive days. These are not free-for-all days, but an allowance to take into account that perfection is not required.
Passes used: 0 of 10
Yesterday: 24 net carbs, 82 Total carbs, 4000 calories (mostly from fat) on purpose. I have cholesterol labs in 3 days. Borrowing ideas from the Dave Feldman protocol, a high calorie, high fat, non-weight-loss period 3 days before a cholesterol lab will result in better numbers. It worked last year. Interested to see if it works again this year.
