Default Is PP good for constant eaters?

Hi everyone, I am currently an Atkins followers but despite all of my efforts I can't seem to lose weight. I am 5'5 and 136lbs. my goal weight is 125. Yes I know it is not a lot to lose, but when I have struggled for the past 6 or 7 months to try to lose it, it is so frustrating. Also I have been called a "grazer" I can't/don't eat big meals because I get full too fast, but I am constantly snacking, but I always feel hungry. So my question is would PP work for me even if I constantly eat?

Kelly, as long as you have the right PP balance of carbs and protein it works fine. Have you checked on the PP site and/or read the book? There are some great PDFs that give the basics of the plan (as well a plan review on this site). I tend to graze a lot myself and have found that as long as I hit my DAILY mark for protein and carbs it works well.

Keep in mind, I wouldn't consider this plan so much for rapid weight loss as for health and body balance, but there are plenty of people who've successfully lost weight on this plan and I believe in it enough to encourage you to try it. Good luck!

You should read the High Fat thread since most of the people there say that the fat stops their hunger. Here is what I eat and I am not hungry until supper. This is near the end of the High Fat thread so you can use the navigation bar at the top or bottom to go to the first page to start reading. It is long! so take your time, maybe several sessions to read it all. I think it has some very good information.

Thanks, I think once I get used to the high fat low carb way of eating, my hunger won't be as bad and as on a high carb-low fat diet.
I just have to hang in there and hope my hunger subsides
