Hi there -

You're male, 6'2", and trying to get DOWN to 154 pounds?

May I ask what kind of training you do?

I'm 6' and weigh 175. You must already be quite slim. What are your goals? People here can give you good advice but it will be different advice depending upon what you are trying to accomplish.

The people on this forum are very helpful if you can give some specifics about your diet and exercise. And only some of the real jerks make fun of spelling errors <me>.

answered this in general exercise forum ... again, please only post your question in one forum. You WILL get an answer soon enough. Multiple posts will not bring faster response time ...
