Default SEPTEMBER 2017 Daily Weigh-In Everyone is Welcome!

This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.

We start SEPTEMBER 1, which is already now for some of you.
Let the fun begin.

Thanks Iceberg, Hi dustpuppy. I hear you on the cream thing! Sour cream for me is easy to overindulge in. I'm joining this thread, if you'll have me, for this month. The end of the month concludes a 2 year adherence to what my plan has evolved into, and it's not new but it's simple; Avoid GPS (Grain, Potato, Sugar). Sept 30 is 2 years and I hope to take a picture in similar condition s and clothes as my "before" picture. I'm also switching my scale to Kilograms so then numbers have less "meaning" to me, one that usually measures in LBS.

Relax, ah... I have no goal weight, only to eat, act and move sensibly today - what happens outside of that is not really much under my control anyway - at least that has been my experience so far in this life - even without knowing it for the first half, that is, if I have another half left, which is doubtful - what is half of nothing

Computer programers call it a "divide by zero" Makes programs go boom or stop.

So that's my story and here's my...

Good morning, boopchick and everyone Thank you, iceberg, for starting the thread.

My goal this month is the same as last: stick to the plan and don't let the carb monster outwit me. I've never lasted two months on any 'diet', so even though this is starting to feel easier, I'm trying to be prepared for some serious cravings somewhere along the way.

My goal this month is to stick to LC and drink more water!! Good grief why can't I just drink more water? The body is made of water, needs water.........and yet I am never thirsty and have to REMEMBER---oh yeah, drink water!!! I am not drinking soda, juice, etc. I just do not drink unless I tell myself to drink...sigh This month I'll be better.

Suemi, what makes you think you need to drink more water than what your thirst dictates? I hear this a lot around here. Do you recognize when you are dehydrated? And lastly, are really mostly just curious, by "more" do you have a specific amount in mind?

Thank You for any response!
