Default Exercise on the Wii? Anyone?

I have 3 exercise games - EA Active 1, Wii Fit Plus and Zumba.

On the Wii Fit Plus I tend to only do the Yoga and Muscle workouts.

Ea Active I cannot find my leg strap so thats out the window for now.

Zumba - well. I cannot begin to describe how ridiculous I look doing that

I have a Wii, and a few exercise programs with it but I just need to get my butt downstairs and get working on it.
I saw the Zumba and would love to try it but I hae decided not to spend the money and buy it untill I use the ones I have already. lol

I got Zumba 2 for Christmas and I just tried it last night for the first time and LOVED it! My 8 year old wanted to try it with me and of course she picks a high intensity routine to start with. I know I looked ridiculous and we pretty much giggled throughout the whole thing. Then I choose a low intensity routine and it was so nice and relaxing...slow stretching and movements.
We also have "Just Dance" for the Wii and her and I will do those together and compete against each other and that is alot of fun and a great way to get some exercise in for both of us as well!

Thanks for reminding me that I can use my wii for exercising! I was just looking around here, wondering where or how to start with some exercising. I think I have zoomba too.

A quick google search revealed that they also have PC versions of exercise games.... I might get one if I can dig my old web cam out. Thanks for the idea.

Me! Me!

I just pulled out my old 2006 (I think?) copy of EA Active, and I also found Wii Fit and replaced the batteries in my balance board, but haven't tried it.
