So yesterday while doing the Power 90 Cardio Intervals I pulled my calf at the end doing the Egan runs. So I didn't do the WATP and R.I.C.E.'d my leg. This morning it felt better but not great so I did shoulders and arms from p90x.
We'll see about tomorrow's exercise and what I can do.
