Default random craving for "sweet," why?

Out of the blue I'm having cravings for "something sweet." I don't know why except weather's getting warmer and days longer, plus I've been eating a bit less lately. I'm not eating anything unusual or with packaged with additives that would trigger cravings. And it's not really "cravings" (yet) but more of a twinge of wanting sweet stuff.

I think there's an emotional aspect, I had to deal with a stressful situation the past month. Which is sobering -- to realize how I used to rely on sugar when there was stress.

Well, that and there is Easter candy everywhere. Hang in there! Try to relieve your stress in other ways: exercise, meditation, bath, journaling. If you must eat something, eat on plan foods.

Best wishes!

I got through this, and it did pass. More fatty meats, cream in coffee, full-fat cheese; and more rest. I often seem to forget that if I'm stressed I may need more sleep/rest, that can help a lot.
