Flax mug muffin (chocolate with chia seeds, hemp hearts, pumpkin, and a few dark chocolate chips) topped with butter, sausage and coffee.

Omelette of sausage, broccoli, cheddar cheese, and salsa. Coffee with cream. First thing in the morning: 24 oz. water with vitamin C crystals, unsweetened. I always feel quite dehydrated in the morning but plain water = stomach ache.

Hey Ken! I had one of your breakfasts this AM that you posted awhile back here - January.
"scrambled eggs with diced ham, pepperoni, and jalapeno peppers" - it was good! I happened to have all 3 ingredients today.

I have a hard time getting plain water down. I make cucumber/lemon water or any assortment of fruit and cuke - like watermelon... I don't eat the fruit but the water is so good.

4 strips of bacon cooked low and slow in my heavy cast iron skillet with a top until perfectly crisp. Two sunny side up eggs cooked in the hot bacon drippings. Two Columbian coffees with heavy whipped cream.
